Taylors Lazy Sunday Coffee Beans 1kg
A light roast with milk chocolate notes and a subtle citrus for a soft, easy going style, perfect for weekend relaxation.
A little tip: Before you add your grounds, you should pre-heat the press using a small amount of the boil water, as when the coffee comes into contact with hot water too quickly it can over extract and create undesirable elements in the cup.

Roasting
As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a drink that is delicious by itself, or paired with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to keep it warm and ready for brew. After making the coffee, let it sit for 4 minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as it can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.
Strength - 3, gentle and easy to follow, perfect for relaxing at the weekend.
Storage
Lazy Sunday is a mellow light roast with the sweet, citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a smooth mouthfeel that sooths the palate. The cocoa-like notes can be traced back to a winters afternoon spent on the couch with an enjoyable book and an embrace from the family. To brew the coffee first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to stop the coffee from over extracting and forming unwanted elements in your drink. Add your grounds along with 250ml of water that just boiled. For coffee beans offer , simmer, take a plunge and relax.
